Most of us got into therapy because we saw it being done a certain way. But then most of us ended up in a job where we were putting out more fires than we were doing great therapy. We are looking for therapists who are passionate about providing amazing therapy. We are open to hiring all levels of licensure and pride ourselves on providing excellent supervision to bring new clinicians up to speed in advancing their skillset. Thrive sees just about anyone and everyone and we are always excited to bring someone on who either furthers our reach in a given area or advances us in a new one.

Please note that you must have active licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, or be pending active licensure. Applicants who do not hold this status will not be considered. Licensure must be LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $94,100.00 per year

Our Process
Our program is broken up into three specific phases to help you launch your ideal practice. Many of our participants love that in the first six months you don't have to do anything but be a great therapist! No worrying about taxes or LLC formation. Just the part of the job that you love.

Months 1-6: Building caseload, learning systems, clarifying niche.
Months 7-12: Learning the business, creating marketing strategies, building your referral funnels
Months 13-18: Preparing to launch, LLC formation, cash pay vs insurance, building your "team"
