We are currently seeking full-time Registered Psychotherapists to provide couples therapy, family therapy and individual therapy. This position is in-person.

Bear Company Counseling is an up and coming mental health collective with a commitment to providing top tier mental health services to the community. Our office is located off of Wenninghoff road and down the street from North West High School.

Bear Company Counseling’s mission is to provide effective, affordable, and relatable mental health care to the marginalized inner city youth and adults. We seek to bridge the gap between the stigma of mental health among marginalized populations and the access to mental health services by professionals who are relatable, culturally competent, empathetic, and also share lived experiences with the clients we serve.

We have many shifts available everyday between 8am and 8pm. Depending on what fits you best we can work together to build a weekly schedule that suits your needs.
In general, the position is quite flexible and we can work with you to create your dream job!

Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP
- Committed to working at least 20 hours a week
- Willing to work nights and weekends but schedules are flexible
