Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) to join our Germantown office, where you will have a schedule of 10 hours per day Monday-Thursday, and will primarily:

•  Play a crucial role in conducting clinical assessments, developing personalized behavioral care for patients with obesity, and engaging them in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife.
• A vital member of a care team that includes a nurse practitioner, dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model.  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited training program
• 1-2 years of experience working with adults and children
• LCSW-C ( Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) licensure in the state of Maryland
