Mental Health Therapist

Job Title: Counselor, Therapist 

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Hybrid)

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• LPC, LMSW LMFT, LP, or LLP licensure required
• Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18+
• Continuing education and ethical compliance with licensure requirements
• Effective, ethical management of medical records and administrative paperwork

Mental Health Therapist Compensation:

• $70,000-$106,000

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position based on qualifications and workload commitment. This is not inclusive of the value of our benefit package, which includes  healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement contributions, paid time off and other benefits.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide professional clinical services, following Company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Timely complete medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
• Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and provide relevant psycho education.
• Make referrals to other health professionals and community agencies as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Attend continuing education courses to maintain licensing requirements and to stay up to date on best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in counseling processes and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.   

Job Type: 

• Full-time/Part-time may be considered. 
• Hybrid (2-3 days of your choice on-site)
