Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Use our assessment system to inform client care
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks and caring caseload management
- Adhere to all practice and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Proven in-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches (i.e., EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, etc.)
- Ability to work with variety of clients with diverse needs
- Self-directed, eager to learn, and ready to be a part of a team
- Flexible scheduling with 100+ client appointments per month (40+ part-time)
- Individuals with niche expertise in the treatment of trauma in children and adolescents
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized

Schedule:
- Self-determined schedule (25-40 hours per week client contact, schedule set by clinicians)
- Minimum 10 hours per week for PT
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay (generous sign-on BONUS plan)

Beautiful office on the 3rd floor of the Bank of America Building, across from Chick-fil-A
