Psych North is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time, hybrid position allows for remote work with in-person collaboration two days a week.

Position Overview
We are looking for a licensed professional in Minnesota with a specialization in trauma treatment and a commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive practices. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including Transpersonal Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR, along with familiarity in psychedelic-assisted therapy, will be vital in providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and skillful psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.


• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.


• Uphold independent judgment within legal and ethical frameworks.


• Conduct evidence-based evaluations and tailored interventions for each client.


• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately using Practice Fusion EMR.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in Minnesota.


• Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic approaches.


• Interest or experience in psychedelic-assisted therapy is preferred.


• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practices.
