Mental Health Therapist - TX

Exult Healthcare is growing! We're looking for a fully licensed or associate mental health therapist to join our team!

$40-$45/hour. 28-30 client encounters.

Our mental health therapist or associate will be responsible for providing the following Services:

• Facilitation of SUD IOP groups #5 days/week from 5-7 PM, Mon -Friday.
• Providing the following case management services for members of the IOP.
• Assessment of bio-psycho-social needs and treatment coordination.
• Ensuring proper and timely documentation of services provided.
• Providers providing group facilitation services must obtain coverage for group sessions before taking time away from the practice. In urgent/emergency scenarios the clinical director will be responsible for this. If a provider is unable to obtain coverage the clinical director should be asked for assistance.
• Other administrative duties as needed and assigned by the administrative team that in-line with the provider’s knowledge, skillset, and comfort zone. These tasks will be assigned when the provider is falling short of 40 hours of service per week.
• The provider is expected to maintain 28-32 hours of direct services to clients. This includes group facilitation, individual therapy sessions, intake assessments, and crisis services.

Requirements

• Up-to-date LPC/ LCSW/ LMFT professional therapy/counseling licensure
• SUD and IOP experience a must
• Competent and experienced at providing therapy
• An honest and sincere respect for clients and relationships of all kinds, and a commitment to providing the best care possible
• Cultural responsiveness: awareness of your own cultural identity and the ability to learn from and respectfully relate to other cultural backgrounds and heritages, including a willingness to engage in anti-racism work
• Professional, ethical, and a good communicator
• Comfortable with using technology both in and out of the therapy room
• Skilled completing clinical documentation (e.g. case notes) in a correct and timely manner
