Mental Health Therapists (Licensed)

Employee Compensation and Benefits 

• 100% commission-based pay (the more you work the more you earn) - average commission is $104 per session hour


• 12 client minimum case load (40 client maximum) - you choose your own hours

We are seeking Licensed therapists to serve the OHP/Medicaid population in Lane County. We have flexible work hours for counselors who can meet in-person and/or telehealth – you choose your preference for each client.

Licensed Therapist Compensation and Benefits:

• Commission rate is 55% which typically pays $104.50 per hour (based on a percentage of Oregon Direction's standard billing rate of $190 per hour).


• We pay commission before receiving payments from insurance – we pay the next payday after your session
  


• Payday twice a month (7-days after billing cycle ends and pays commission on submitted billing).


• Health insurance (with dental and vision) - company contributes a minimum of $284 per month (with 12 clients) up to $852 per month (with 40 clients) towards your individual, individual with partner, or family medical plan.


• 401K plan with 50% matching up to a maximum of 3% match.


• Paid time off (accrues every pay period based on hours of counseling sessions) - earned whether you work or not (working on the day earns double pay).


• Education reimbursement (accrues every pay period based on hours of counseling sessions)


• Paid holidays (6 total: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).


• Shared office space until you have at least 12 in-person client then you get dedicated office space. Telehealth-only is possible but hybrid is preferred. You choose how many telehealth vs. in-person clients you want.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of licensed clinical work without supervision.


• Experience with writing assessment, treatment plans and service notes to Medicaid requirements.


• Experience working with suicidal ideation, trauma, and bipolar disorder.


• Experience managing case management needs.


• Must pass a background check.
