- Swing Shift: Monday | 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Day Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience)

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact in the lives of young adults (ages 18–19) who are stepping out of juvenile corrections and into independent living for the first time.
About the Role
As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of young adults learning to navigate adulthood. You'll help them:
- Develop independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and home care
- Build healthy daily routines and personal responsibility
- Prepare for jobs and understand workplace expectations
- Strengthen social and emotional skills
- Grow the confidence to make their own choices and shape their own future
What You Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get certified (we’ll help!)
- A grounded, consistent presence with a heart for youth and a belief in their potential

Mana Services began in 2008 to assist at-risk youth with transitional housing and the training they need to successfully live on their own. Mana Services has transitioned over 200 at-risk youth and that number grows as we continue this journey.
In 2013, we realized we needed more support for our youth and Mana Resources was born. We made these services available to the community, serving individuals and families. Mana Resources encompasses all of our mental health services to include individual and family counseling, community based rehabilitation services, case management and more.
In 2018 Mana Resources, LLC opened a new branch and now provides supported living services to those with developmental disabilities.
