  • Reinforce the Academy's mission and vision while setting cadet goals and providing counsel.

  • Teach military structure and drill as per the Commandant's strategic plan.

  • Conduct regular meetings with Company Cadet Leadership to address concerns and gather feedback.

  • Support cadets within the company while ensuring consistency in support across the Academy.

  • Collaborate with fellow Company TACs in supervision and observation.

  • Assess cadet and company performance against established standards.

  • Encourage holistic personal growth in mind, body, and spirit.

  • Document and review cadet issues, incidents, and positive achievements.

  • Serve as a positive role model, responding effectively to crisis situations.

  • Actively participate in the Residential Life Team and fulfill other assigned duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Skill in deescalating conflicts and resolving various issues. Flexibility to adapt to real-time situations and adhere to the chain of command. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Understanding of the Academy's culture, rank structure, and responsibilities. Certification in CPR, Concussion Training, and Child Abuse/Neglect Training is required.
