MEP Engineer

About the Opportunity
A fast-growing infrastructure and facility management firm operating across Nepal, we deliver integrated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Our team works hand-in-hand with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant building systems—from design through commissioning.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, review, and approve MEP drawings and specifications for new builds and retrofits across low-rise to mid-rise structures.


• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with national building codes, safety standards, and project BOQs.


• Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to resolve design clashes and optimize space utilization.


• Oversee vendor selection, material sourcing, and quality checks for MEP equipment and components.


• Lead commissioning and handover of HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, and plumbing systems.


• Mentor junior engineers and maintain documentation for as-built drawings and maintenance manuals.

• Experience with Nepalese Municipal Approvals & Building Permits

Must have Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License.
