MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager position in San Francisco Bay Area

We are a large general contractor that works on some of the US’s biggest and best projects.  We are currently seeking an MEP Project Manager to join our San Francisco Office. 

Responsibilities:

• Estimating


• Preconstruction


• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors


• Evaluate Bids


• Review and evaluate schedule


• Manage projects from conception to close-out


• Attend BIM Coordination and Owner Meetings

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of Mechanical or MEP experience


• Extensive knowledge of CA Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Codes and Requirements


• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
