MEP Project Manager - HVAC - Base Salary to 110k/year - Oglesby, IL

• Our client, a commercial contractor, is seeking an MEP Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• This position will oversee the success of customer projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, administration, and client communication. The MEP Project Manager will develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing cost, time, scope, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, scopes, and deliverables.
• Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project scope, costs, schedules, quality, change control, and change orders.
• Monitor project performance, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and project stakeholders to address technical, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Support RFPs and preconstruction activities, including technical planning, project scheduling, and cost estimates.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports.
• Maintain and improve project management processes, procedures, tools, and project controls.
• Coordinate project teams throughout project execution and completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k - 110k/year range
• Annual bonus
