MEP Superintendent

Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily MEP construction activities, including subcontractors and manpower.
• Ensure installation complies with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate MEP works with other disciplines (CSA, Process, etc.).
• Supervise equipment installation, piping, ductwork, cabling, and testing/commissioning.
• Monitor progress, report issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce site safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of MEP construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Strong safety mindset.
