Job Summary:
Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This full-time, hourly position is located in Lafayette, Louisiana and offers a competitive compensation package paid per hour, paid biweekly. As an individual contributor, the Automotive Detailer will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of vehicles in our dealership's inventory and customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, in accordance with dealership standards and customer requests.
- Inspect vehicles to identify any damage or defects and report to management.
- Utilize various cleaning and detailing products, tools, and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Perform tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming to restore vehicle appearance.
- Keep track of inventory and report any necessary restocking to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and equipment.
- Work with sales and service departments to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous detailing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of various cleaning and detailing products, tools, and equipment.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
