Mercedes-Benz of North Haven is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre Owned Sales Manager to lead our Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre Owned department. Benefits
Oversee all aspects of the Pre Owned vehicle department, including pricing, merchandising, and sales performance.
Desk deals daily and work directly with clients to ensure transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve volume and gross profit objectives.
Manage appraisals and trades with accuracy and transparency.
Monitor market trends and ensure competitive vehicle pricing and advertising.
Maintain high CSI scores by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Work collaboratively with the New Car, Finance, and Service Departments to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and dealership standards and programs.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in an automotive dealership (Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience preferred).
Proven track record of success in pre-owned sales management and desking deals.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency with CRM, inventory management, and DMS systems.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
