Mercedes-Benz of Hampton is entering an exciting new chapter.


With our brand-new state-of-the-art showroom opening this fall, we are actively seeking a professional, driven, and customer-focused Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities



  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from initial contact through delivery

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and professionalism

  • Assist clients in selecting the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle for their lifestyle and needs

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity

  • Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions

  • Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Contribute positively to dealership culture and performance


Qualifications



  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

  • Luxury sales or hospitality experience is a plus

  • Professional appearance and communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

  • Ability to build rapport and create long-term client relationships

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
