The role

• Greet clients in our service drive and listen to understand each vehicle's needs


• Write up repair orders accurately, and explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly with honest estimates


• Keep clients updated from drop-off to pickup by phone, text and email


• Work closely with our Technicians, Parts team and Service BDC to keep every visit on schedule


• Review completed work and invoices with clients at pickup


• Follow up after each visit and build relationships that keep clients coming back

You bring

• Customer service experience; service advisor or automotive service experience preferred


• A clear communicator who explains technical work in plain language


• Organized and detail-minded, able to look after several clients at once in a busy service drive


• Comfortable with computers; Tekion or another dealer management system (DMS) is a plus


• Mercedes-Benz or luxury-brand service experience is a plus


• Valid driver's license


• A true team player

Base pay plus commission, $80,000 - $150,000 a year.

Pay Rate: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, Paid Weekly
