Summary: Crew Captains are crew members that have excelled in their departmental positions and demonstrate the capability to provide training, instruction and guidance to other crew members in how to efficiently complete their job duties in accordance to company& department standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily opening and closing procedures.

Making sure the store is always clean and organized.

Assist in cashing out guests at peak times.

Assist in training of staff when needed.
