Merchandiser in Food Manufacturing Company

Summary:
A Japanese food manufacturing company in Honolulu is seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join the team.
This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in merchandising and supporting their products at the retail locations. You will be the first point of contact at their retail locations, stocking, rotating and displaying products.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in merchandising strategy and product selection.
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support promotional campaigns and product displays.
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends.
- Visit stores and assess product presentation.
- Business Travel to Other branch (If yes, how often and which area?)
- Report on performance and make recommendations.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.

Must Requirements:
- Be able to use English and either Japanese/Korean/Chinese in business settings. *Since Japanese, Chinese, and Korean retailers and restaurants are also part of our target clientele.
- A valid driver's license
- Must LOVE noodles!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

＜必須要件＞
- ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語・韓国語・中国語のいずれかが使用可能であること。日系・中華系・韓国系の小売店・飲食店もターゲット顧客であるため
- 運転免許証をお持ちの方（ハワイでは、日本のものもハワイにコンバートができるため、日本の免許証があれば問題ございません）
- 麺類が好きな方
- Microsoft Office Suite が使用できる方
- 時間管理ができる方
- 自立して働きながらもチームプレイができる方
