Guided by our core values — Customer Obsession, Accountability, and Hustle — we build long-term partnerships by delivering what we promise and elevating every customer space we touch.
The Role
The Merchandising Specialist is the face of Redemption Plus in the field and the final steward of our customer promise. This role owns the end-to-end execution of merchandising projects — from planning and preparation through on-site installation, customer training, and post-visit follow-up — ensuring each client space is optimized, functional, and positioned for long-term success.
This is a hands-on, execution-forward role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys travel, and takes pride in turning plans into real-world results.
What You Will Do:
End-to-End Merchandising Execution
- Own the full lifecycle of assigned merchandising projects, ensuring accurate, on-time execution aligned with customer goals and Redemption Plus standards.
- Translate sales commitments into high-quality, on-site results.
Merchandising Planning & Optimization
- Develop and execute merchandising plans including layouts, planograms, inventory analysis, pars, and refresh strategies.
- Balance space, demographics, budget, brand standards, and long-term customer performance.
On-Site Installation & Customer Training
- Deliver high-quality installations and educate customers on product selection, layout strategy, and best practices.
- Build customer confidence and capability through clear, practical guidance.
Customer Advocacy & Problem Solving
- Act as a trusted on-site advisor by identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Proactively recommend solutions that serve both the customer experience and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and strong communication.
- Share field insights that inform future projects, product development, and strategy.
Post-Visit Follow-Up & Documentation
- Complete all post-visit documentation, checklists, feedback, and reporting.
- Close the loop with customers to reinforce trust and drive repeat business.
How Success Is Measured
- Completed merchandising projects (weekly/monthly)
- Customer satisfaction scores
- On-time project execution
- Travel expense compliance within guidelines

- Strong visual and commercial judgment — able to balance brand standards, aesthetics, and sales performance
