Compensation and Earning Potential

This is a 100% commission role.

No base salary.

You earn 20%–40% commission on every deal you close.

Typical earnings:

  • First month: around $3,500 for most new brokers
  • Within 60 days: $6,000–$8,000+ per month for consistent performers
  • Top performers: $10,000–$13,000+ per month
  • Average 1st Year Merchant Funding Consultant (Midtown 2025 OTE): $150,000+
