Merchant Services Specialist

The Merchant Services Specialist will work with Liberty Software clients.  Liberty Software takes great pride in being set apart for its client relations and support and expects its Merchant Services Specialist to strive for stellar service and continuous improvement in every interaction.

• This is an in-person position working out of our Grapevine, TX office.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Operate as primary contact for pharmacy clients for credit card and payment processing system questions, including front-end host setup validation, hardware installation, and technical support


• Manage client credit card implementation and conversion processes


• Provide front-line support for internal departments to assist in general boarding and/or technical support questions


• Provide web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software as needed


• Become an expert on Liberty’s software in order to answer questions and guide clients in best practices for their specific needs


• Assist in other areas when needed

Qualifications:

• At least three years’ experience with front-line customer support, with account management experience and/or merchant services industry experience preferred


• Knowledge of merchant payment processing systems, Visa/MasterCard/Discover rules, merchant debit and credit card products, and credit card processing equipment


• Understanding of PCI Data Security Standard and familiarity with SIGIS and Health/Flex Spending Accounts


• Familiarity with bank operations/accounting is helpful


• Bachelor's degree a plus
