Mercy Retirement and Care Center - On- Call Housekeeping

The shift for this role pays $18 - $21 an hour DOE.

Our Housekeeping Supervisor: 

• Manage the Housekeepers on-site


• Order supplies as needed


• Assign the weekly schedules of our housekeeping staff. 


• Prepare budgets as needed for; laundry supplies, towels, cleaning supplies, carts, peripherals,  and other supplies as necessary. 


• 
  Occasionally assist with laundry services occasionally as needed.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• 
  Must be 18 years of age at time of start.


• At least one year of supervisory experience, two or more highly preferred


• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred


• 
  Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired!


• 
  Previous experience with budget management, supply ordering/maintenance. 


• 
  Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills


• A passion for customer service and providing the best experience for our residents!
  

Physical Requirements

• May occasionally need to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
