A premier corporate law team is seeking an experienced attorney with 4-6 years of M&A experience to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and transaction management for clients with sophisticated legal needs.

Position Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate transaction agreements and related documents
Manage deal processes from initial structuring to closing
Serve as a key advisor in client relationships and strategic decision-making
Oversee and mentor junior associates and legal professionals
Handle a diverse range of M&A matters across various industries
 

Qualifications:
4-6 years of M&A experience at a top law firm (Must submit school transcripts upon application)
Strong background in negotiating and drafting deal documents
Ability to manage transactions independently and work directly with clients
Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
Exceptional academic credentials from a recognized law school
 

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ($310,000 - $390,000) based on experience and location
