In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and analyzing environmental samples using ICP, ICP-MS, and CVAA instrumentation in accordance with established methods and SOPs. What You’ll Do

• Perform sample digestions for metals analysis, turbidity testing, and filtration for dissolved metals
• Prepare calibration standards according to established methods and SOPs
• Operate ICP, ICP-MS, or CVAA instrumentation to analyze digestates for specified elements
• Conduct data interpretation, review, and entry into LIMS
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Previous experience in a commercial laboratory setting is highly preferred;
• Familiarity with basic scientific procedures and measurement techniques;
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and the Internet.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

• Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
