Methuen Crumbl Shift Lead - with Growth Opportunities

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SHIFT LEADER to fill an opening at our Methuen location. Friday and Saturday availability preferred. This is a GREAT opportunity for anyone trying to grow their career in Restaurant Management!

Each week, we rotate a selection of inventive flavors, ranging from classic chocolate chip to creative concoctions like birthday cake and raspberry cheesecake. Our cookies are renowned for their soft, gooey centers and generous portions, making them a beloved treat for cookie enthusiasts everywhere. As a Shift Leader, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a safe, fun working environment for our employees!

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
