What Youll Do:

• Set up and execute dimensional inspections using a variety of CMM systems and software platforms

• Validate critical features on both tooling and final components across forged and machined parts

• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and communicate results clearly to engineering and production

• Support calibration, maintenance, and verification of metrology equipment

• Collaborate with programmers and quality engineers to improve inspection plans

• Assist in troubleshooting measurement issues and developing best practices for inspection workflows

What Youll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in a metrology or dimensional inspection role

• Familiarity with CMM operations and metrology software (Zeiss Calypso, PCDMIS, or other)

• Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex blueprints

• Experience with mechanical measurement tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and documentation skills
