Key Responsibilities\n\nFunctional familiarity with GD\u0026T ASME Y14.5\n\nUses hand tools; Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, Pin Gages, Thread gages and optical comparators to inspect supplier parts to Applied Materials prints\n\nAssists in the development, application, revision and maintenance of quality standards.\n\nUses hand tools; Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, Pin Gages, Thread gages and optical comparators to inspect supplier parts to Applied Materials prints\n\nAssists in the development and uses test procedures. Prepares documentation for inspection/ testing procedures. Recommends corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies.\n\nGathers operational and test data and evaluates results.\n\nEvaluates work methods, procedures and policies. Participates in audits.\n\nUtilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary.
