Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for oversight of the MFMP Operational Team and assistance with the planning, goal setting, execution, and management of the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) program.
The MFMP Operational Lead works closely with and manages a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contractor and a specialized team to ensure the stability, efficiency, satisfaction, and evolution of the program area.
