A Bachelor's degree in IT with 8 years of Information application experience. OR a related Bachelor's degree with 10 years of IT experience or an Associate's degree in IT with 12 years of IT experience, OR a related Associate's degree with 14 years of IT experience is required. 7 - 10 years of job-related experience in IT/Digital Health Demonstrated proficiency in management and IT project management Preferred previous management experience and/or industry certifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office Suite Excellent communication and conflict navigation skills Budgetary and strategic thinking capabilities Ability to lead strategic projects of significant complexity Interpersonal and participatory management skills Compliance with organization's policies and regulatory standards A Bachelor's Degree in IT with 8 years of Information application experience or a related Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of IT experience or an Associate's Degree in IT with 12 years of IT experience OR a related Associate's Degree with 14 years of IT experience is required.
