Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Handle budgeting, inventory control, and procurement of lab supplies. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality Regularly report on lab performance metrics.
