Lead and develop a team of Operational Technology (OT) professionals to deliver high-quality operational support. Maintain reliability and security of OT systems in manufacturing and engineering environments. Execute OT projects on time and within scope, reporting progress to Global Operational Technology Leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit (BU) partners to align OT initiatives with business goals. Ensure compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and systems. Builds trust and credibility with Business Unit (BU) partners and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent with 3-5 years of supervisory experience. 7+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) or Information Technology (IT) operations. Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) systems, industrial networking, and cybersecurity frameworks. Ability to manage complex OT environments and troubleshoot issues effectively. Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and develop talent. Demonstrates accountability and fosters a culture of collaboration and performance. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
