Job Summary

Directs the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide technology infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Developing organizational technology vision and IT principles and standards; leading the organization in the implementation of a multi-tiered, multi-platform technology infrastructure, ensuring that the IT needs of the business are met.
Directing the activities necessary to keep the technology infrastructure running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.
Leading in defining the continuing evolution of the organization's IT infrastructure strategy in order to meet the changing business needs of the enterprise.
Managing, motivating, and developing the performance of the technology management team and key staff.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $113,850- $171,270. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
