Ensures diagnostic quality of procedures and supervises radiology services to enhance the smooth and efficient delivery of medical care to the patient. Responsible for all duties associated with the planning and progressive development and operational efficiencies of assigned area and supports department staffing plan. Responsible for coordinating all duties in to include internal and external relationships with an emphasis on quality, financial stewardship, personnel, service excellence, growth and a positive work environment. Responsible for coordinating and communicating all technical protocols, training, quality and procedures related to assigned areas and is a technical liaison as needed.
