Mgr, Sales Ops/Support

## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\n * Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. \n * Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. \n * Works with global cross functional team to develop and administer the company\u2019s worldwide sales forecast. \n * Responsible for organizing financial modeling and statistical studies for sales department.\n\n\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Partner with company\u2011wide, cross\u2011functional teams to deliver timely and accurate forecasts on bookings, shipments, and revenue to executive leadership.\n\n * Rapidly ramp on company products and leverage product knowledge to build, manage, and continuously improve forecasting accuracy.\n\n * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations teams to align forecasts, incorporate field input, and provide strategic direction to support company objectives.\n\n * Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Development to review and monitor commercial deal execution, ensuring compliance with established business and financial policies.\n\n * Support Sales, Business Development, and R\u0026D in evaluating new business opportunities and assessing their near\u2011term and long\u2011term impact on business forecasts.\n\n * Own configuration management, non\u2011standard requests, shipment slotting, and delivery execution to meet customer and internal commitments.\n\n * Work closely with overseas Account teams and Order Fulfillment to understand customer specifications and complex configuration requirements.\n\n * Lead shipment configuration reviews with Manufacturing teams and Product Groups across the U.S. and overseas, ensuring accurate configuration content and on\u2011time delivery to Supply Chain and Manufacturing.\n\n * Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and contractual terms for all shipments.\n\n * Communicate committed ship dates to account teams and proactively manage ship date risks, misses, and recovery plans.\n\n * Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure on\u2011time delivery and successful execution.\n\n * Drive post\u2011delivery issue resolution by leading cross\u2011functional root cause analysis and mitigation plans.\n\n * Support Corporate Business Development and Account teams in preparing for and hosting customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and improve business outcomes.\n\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree; or 10 years and a Master\u2019s degree; or a PhD with 7 years experience; or equivalent experience.\n * Minimum of 10 years working in the technology industry.\n * Adaptable, flexible, open for new way of doing things.\n * Good communication skills, bias to action, and results-driven.\n * Ability to multi-task, work in a cross-functional environment, and lead and influence others to develop solutions.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Operations background in the semiconductor industry.\n * Knowledge of CRM/ SAP/ Power BI/ Intermediate to advanced Excel/ Power Point. \n * Hiring for a bilingual, fluent in English and Korean\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
