Mgr - Test Engineering

Develop and drive major improvement programs in the areas of quality, output, yield, and cost reduction. Manage process and test performance and drive improvement throughout the facility. Support the development of test and inspection strategies, failure analysis, and customer requested DFT analysis. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Ten (10) or more years of related experience is preferred.
