Description

New Horizons is the largest mental health and addiction recovery provider on the Treasure Coast (and beyond), serving 15,000 children and adults annually through inpatient crisis services, a 24-hour helpline and mobile response team, and outpatient programs conveniently located across Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. In addition, New Horizons assists 22,000 students in area schools. We work closely with the courts, law enforcement, jails, and hospitals to help improve the health of individuals and the quality of life in our community.

ADULT STABILIZATION UNIT PROGRAM MANAGER 

The Program Manager is responsible for the standards of care in the assigned unit. The manager coordinates continuous quality improvement efforts, manages and is responsible for programming and all aspects of care given. Responsible for budget planning, organizing staffing, directing and controlling of all treatment provided on the assigned unit.  Works collaboratively with other disciplines and departments to improve client care. Is responsible for the effective use of human resources and financial objectives as identified by the budget and for the ongoing education of staff and orientation of new employees.

Requirements

  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess an active Florida Registered Nurse license plus two years supervisory experience, BSN preferred.
