MH Sales Rep

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and develop strong relationships with manufactured home dealers.

As a Sales Rep, your primary responsibility will be to work directly with our customers (dealers), understand their business needs, present available manufactured home products, generate sales opportunities, and build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufactured home dealers and customers.


• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.


• Communicate with customers regularly to understand their needs and upcoming inventory requirements.


• Present manufactured home models, features, pricing, and available options.


• Follow up with customers and leads to develop new business.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.


• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.


• Meet or exceed established sales goals.


• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term dealer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred, especially in manufactured housing, real estate, construction, automotive, or a related industry.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.


• Comfortable making phone calls, visiting dealers, and developing new business.


• Ability to negotiate and close sales.


• Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
