Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through product safety and quality.  Enforce state, federal and local regulations and customer expectations.  Resolving problems, Collaboration and Commitments to meet customer and business initiatives.  

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THIS POSITION:

• Perform Micro-Sample collection: To ensure daily samples are collected for microanalysis in a sanitary manner and meet customer requirements. 

• Maintain Customer specifications and documentation to assure accurate testing is being conducted.

• Interact daily with 3rd party laboratories to assure proper testing and coding 

• Maintain retains inventory and perform any resampling.

• Daily interaction with all levels of the operation, vendors and contractors.

• All other reasonable work requests from supervisor or group leader.

• Able to work with measuring tools.

• Basic computer skills recommended.
