First Division Consulting is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide direct support to the US Navy N5 department. This position is primarily focused on internal, command-level digital infrastructure, concentrating on optimizing the command's use of Microsoft 365 applications.
Core Requirements & Focus:
Primary Focus: The candidate's main responsibility will be the development, organization, and management of the command’s Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams, and the MS 365 home site.
Content Delivery: The individual will be responsible for creating and managing web-based delivery methods for training, student information, and other digital content. This delivery will be executed through internal platforms that the command actively uses, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
Web Page Maintenance: While the role includes maintaining Navy web pages for EOD, Navy Dive, and CEODD, the practical focus will be on monitoring and providing input for these external sites rather than direct, extensive management.
Staff Support & Modernization: The candidate will support and train CEODD staff on the effective use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications. They will also be expected to advise on modernization efforts to ensure the command's web-based capabilities remain current.
Standard Duties: The role also requires standard responsibilities such as creating page layouts and graphics, ensuring navigability, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring all work is reviewed and approved before publication.
Minimum two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology or five (5) years of recent experience.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of graphic design or web content creation experience in government/DOD organizations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
