Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
· 4+ years of information technology support service required.
· 3+ years of experience supporting D365 CRM, D365 F&O and/or PowerPlatform environment required.
· Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
Formal Education & Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred; or an equivalent amount of related experience.
· Industry recognized certification in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform preferred.
Work Status:
· Full-Time.

The Microsoft Business Applications Administrator is responsible for providing technical administration support for all Microsoft Business Applications. This includes but is not limited to D365 CRM, D365 F&O and PowerPlatform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Performs day-to-day operational administration, support, maintenance, and implementation of all Microsoft Business Applications.
· Provides support by researching and resolving incidents, problem tickets and vulnerabilities; follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. When necessary, escalate issues requiring development or vendor assistance.
· Serve as a subject matter expert, technical resource and escalation path for all Microsoft Business applications.
· Responsible for establishing and enforcing best practices regarding design, installation, and maintenance of all Microsoft Business Applications.
· Assist with the establishment and oversight of a PowerPlatform Governance PowerPlatform Hub and Center of Excellence (CoE).
Competencies Required:
· Advanced system administration knowledge of D365 CRM, D365 F&O and/or PowerPlatform.
· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and current supported Microsoft SQL and Windows Server.
· Familiar with Dataverse.
· Extensive practical knowledge in trouble shooting methodologies and principles and issue resolution techniques.
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
· Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail and concern for data accuracy.
· Strong organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional verbal communication and technical writing skills with an ability to effectively interact with and convey information to people who possess varying levels of understanding on applicable topics.
· Flexibility to provide application support during weekend and evening hours as needed.
