This isnt a back-office IT role its a business leadership role that drives process improvement across finance, operations, and supply chain.

What Youll Do

Lead the ERP strategy & roadmap
Partner with executives & department leaders to streamline processes
Drive adoption & change management across the organization
Manage vendor relationships and ensure system performance
Champion continuous improvement & standardization

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of ERP leadership experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV)

• Strong background in business process optimization (finance, operations, supply chain)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects & influence executive stakeholders

• Excellent communication, change management, and leadership skills
