We're on the lookout for an experienced professional to spearhead the enhancement and maintenance of our D365 HQ systems, ensuring smooth operations across various environments. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for a wide array of tasks aimed at optimizing our retail operations and enhancing customer experiences. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

  • Code Fixes and Configurations: Dive into the intricacies of D365 HQ, implementing necessary code fixes and configurations to address issues and enhance functionalities. Rigorous regression testing will be a key part of this process to ensure seamless performance across multiple environments.

  • Deployment and Upgrades: Lead the deployment and upgrade efforts for MPOS, HQ, and CSU systems, overseeing changes, fixes, and upgrades to ensure they integrate smoothly with existing infrastructure and meet business requirements.

  • Frontline MPOS Support: Act as the frontline support for MPOS systems, providing timely assistance to resolve frontend issues and ensuring uninterrupted operations at our retail stores.

  • MPOS API Interfaces Support: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide support for MPOS API interfaces, ensuring seamless communication between systems and facilitating data exchange.

  • Customizations and Extensions: Leverage your expertise to support and drive future enhancements in MPOS customizations and extensions, optimizing the system to meet evolving business needs and customer expectations.

  • Interface Support with External Systems: Work closely with teams managing external systems, such as Amtrak's Revenue Accounting systems, to provide interface support and ensure smooth data exchange between systems.

  • Mass Deployment Across Store Network: Take charge of mass deployments of MPOS upgrades and enhancements across our extensive store network, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and seamless transition to new features.

  • POS Setup Configuration and Troubleshooting: Dive into the nitty-gritty of POS setup, configuring printers, customer displays, scanners, hardware stations, and MPOS systems, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure optimal performance.

  • Testing and Release Management: Drive testing efforts and release management processes, ensuring that all changes and enhancements undergo thorough testing and are released seamlessly into production environments.

  • Root Cause Analysis and Documentation: Conduct in-depth root cause analyses for issues that arise, documenting findings and updating technical design documents to facilitate future troubleshooting and system enhancements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excel in client interactions, effectively managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find solutions and mitigate risks effectively.

To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail support projects, hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, SQLServer Database, SSRS, and similar development tools, as well as a strong track record of successful rollouts, deployments, and upgrades. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be flexible with work hours, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
