We are currently looking for BOH Mid Shift Team Members who are ready to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety to our restaurant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow all food preparation, cooking, holding, and portioning procedures
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Follow temperature control and food handling procedures
• Properly stock and organize BOH workstations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH Team Members
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as assigned
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift
• Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Must have availability between 10 AM and 8 PM
• Texas Food Handler Certification preferred/required
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
