Middle Business Analyst

This company makes health digital by empowering clients to deliver products and solutions through premium services. The history of the customer started as a boutique IT company in 2008. In less than three years, it grew to become a leading IT company with 100+ employees, serving clients from around the globe. Today, the company is a digital health lab that aims to improve and save lives through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Conducting detailed analysis of existing test code management processes


• Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for upcoming releases


• Collaborating with business stakeholders to finalize user stories


• Creating Figma wireframes and prototype screens to help visualize interface functionalities


• Coordinating with Dev and QA teams to support releases and ensure requirements are testable


• Participating in meetings with both stakeholders and project team

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Business Analyst role or similar position, involved in analytical solving of business problems 


• Experience working closely with a development team, giving deeper look at the engineering problems, which should be considered during a product scope definition


• Substantial experience in delivering projects of various sizes and functional complexity


• Sound knowledge of project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and supporting program management


• Competency in writing and updating user stories, functional specifications, project requirements documents, and other documents required for your project


• Have a precise eye for detail, usability, UCD (User Centered Design)


• In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle


• Ability to create and define effective User Journeys in regard to the project requirement


• Capability of documenting standard operating procedures
