Job Description- Middle School Lead
The Montessori Academy of Colorado is seeking a Middle School Teacher to guide an evolving, mixed-age program centered on student agency and excellence. This role offers the creative freedom to adapt lessons to individual student passions and integrate academic studies with the outside world via the Purpose-Driven Learning approach. You will lead students through an innovative academic framework defined by two 'great journeys': the internal exploration of character and the external connection to the global landscape. We are looking for a teacher who has a passion for working with the middle school age group. In addition to outstanding teaching ability, we seek a teacher who is inquisitive, self-directed, team-oriented, and dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
