Middle/Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

  Responsibilities:

  
  


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business units


• Understanding of banking products and processes


• Basic understanding of APIs and IT architecture


• Knowledge of project management methodologies


• Experience in process modeling and documentation using BPMN, Draw.io, MS Visio, Bizagi, and ForceBPM


• Experience working with Jira and Confluence will be an advantage


• Strong analytical, structured, and critical thinking skills


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
