Primary Location: Clarksburg, WV
Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) with Full Scope Polygraph Eligibility

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Video Streaming Operator to support high-level audiovisual (AV) operations in a secure environment in Clarksburg, WV. This position requires expertise in operating, maintaining, and optimizing advanced AV and video streaming systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Full Scope Polygraph and bring technical knowledge and innovation to dynamic mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure, and adjust complex audio-visual and video streaming equipment for live and recorded events.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide range of AV hardware and software systems.
• Digitally record and photograph a variety of classified and operational activities, ensuring secure handling and storage of media.
• Assist with the editing and post-production of audio and video materials using professional software applications.
• Evaluate the significance of new technologies, software tools, and equipment, recommending upgrades and acquisitions to enhance system performance.
• Design, install, and operate sophisticated AV systems, including state-of-the-art audio and video solutions.
• Use multiple software platforms to program, maintain, and continuously monitor the health and performance of AV infrastructure.
• Apply expertise to complex assignments requiring originality, innovation, and strong judgment.
• Operate with significant autonomy in developing technical methodologies and delivering solutions to evolving challenges.
• Contribute to the development of deliverables, reports, and performance metrics where applicable.

• Required: Active Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AV systems, video streaming operations, or multimedia production. In lieu of experience, equivalent certifications or demonstrable work performance may be considered.
• Strong understanding of AV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex AV hardware/software issues.
• Proficiency in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) and AV control platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-security environment.

• Experience supporting government or intelligence community operations.
• Familiarity with secure video transmission and classified media handling protocols.
• Certifications in AV or video production technologies (e.g., CTS, Dante, Crestron, Extron).
