(BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a
Mid-Level Staff Analyst
to join the National Team program in
Huntsville, AL. The National Team is a strategic program supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) that includes a unique relationship with other industry partners where work is performed behind a firewall and executes differently than other Boeing programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating key program meetings, managing action items and meeting minutes, and collecting, organizing, and developing data for use by the various IPT leads. Position Responsibilities: Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
Delivers informational or technical materials.
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
Develops and deploys localized training content.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of experience with organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience managing Windows Active Directory
Experience with SharePoint set-up, WebEx set up
Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
